Can't send, receive or swap tokens

Hi there
My trust wallet is unable to use since 04 november 2021. It can’t send, receive or swap tokens on dex.
The transaction always pending before end up with failure. I check more detail which drove me to bscscan.com, its said ‘Unable to located this TxnHash’.
I don’t know what to do, my wallet is simply useless.
Please help me

but i’m wondering why ? what is the exact issues that caused ?
