If you do not see Cardano (Ada) on your wallet, Tap the “+” sign on the upper right and search for ADA, then use the toggle to add the token.

No, the token that is listed in Trust Wallet as “Cardano” is not cryptocurrency “Cardano”, it’s a token ERC10 supported in the blockchain of Ethereum, but Cardano (ADA) no, because Cardano (ADA) is a blockchain different, and isn’t a token.
