Cardano coin sent,not reflected in my cardano coin balance

I sent cardano coin to my trust wallet account,and i have received an email from trust wallet and also the sender that i have received a cardano coin in my trust wallet account but is not showing in my balance, my cardano coin balance is still showing zero…

What’s your Trust Wallet version ?

The version of my trust wallet is version 6.57.1
I have been receiving coins from that wallet,so many times,which all have reflected in my balance, is just this cardano coin and this is the first time i am noticing this from trust wallet.i am not really happy

Hi,it is not a scam because i sent the cardano coin by Myself from other wallet,it has been showered in my trust wallet that i received a cardano coin but is not reflected in my cardano coin balance,if u need evidence i can send it…

We can’t help you , you should update your wallet if you are on iOS the last version is Version 8.8
on Android it’s 7.24.2 your wallet is not up to date please fix it .

Hi,please try to understand me ok,the email i received is from trust wallet that i received cardano coin but my cardano coin balance is still showing zero balance
I can send you the screenshot in my trust wallet account,i can see the coin in my wallet history but my cardano coin balance is not reflected.
