How i can add Cardano in my wallet?

You can add it by “add custom token”.

Go to the “+” sign at the upper right of Trust wallet. Then search ADA if nothing appears, you can press the sign ("+" add custom token) then provide the following: contact address, name, symbol and decimals (you can check it to coingecko about the decimals). Thank me later

As far as I know ADA is not yet supported in Trustwallet.
