You have three options on how to withdraw it: BEP2, BEP20 (BSC), and ERC20.
It depends on you on how you will use it and what kind of blockchain do you want to utilize it. BEP2 is used if you want to transact in the Binance Chain (https://explorer.binance.org/). BEP20 is for the Binance Smart Chain (http://bscan.com/). While ERC20 is for the Ethereum chain (https://etherscan.io/).
