Change View only wallet status

Is it possible to change the “View only” status of my Wallet? I am new to this platform and would appreciate any assistance or feedback regarding this.

@Van17011 A watch only wallet means you do not have the keys to that wallet and can only watch.
If you were given a watch only wallet by someone, it is surely a scam.

Yes, how can I change back from “View Only” status to the standard mode. I have searched Support articles but when I follow their instructions, I simply end up with a new wallet and the FUNDS are still in the “View Only” wallet. I haven’t been scammed. Please, does anyone know how to do this. Separately, how can I submit a ticket to Support…I can’t find how/where to do so. Thank you.

@ThomasCSS You need to import your wallets recovery keys to access your wallet.

Thank you, Tobi. But I’ve done that. However, the result is a new wallet with zero crypto because my crypto REMAINS in my View Only wallet. Explanation: I joined Trust Wallet yesterday, and my cryptocurrency was securely in the wallet. I had full management (Send, Receive, Buy, etc.). I saw a link within that wallet that said, “View Only.” Like an idiot, I clicked to see what it meant. Now I’m stuck in the View Only mode and can’t move or manage my crypto. And I can’t find a way to CONTACT Support (phone or support ticket). Help please? Starting to panic a bit.

@ThomasCSS If you’re getting a wallet that is empty after importing, then you are most likely importing the keys to some other wallet and not the particular one which you have tokens in.

Hey I have a trust wallet and I am new to this site and my account is watch only some one is try to charge me 503 to for some software because I have like 67000 in bun chain I want to transfer it all out.and

@Zone That’s a scam, please do not fall for that.
Also why would you want to pay for a wallet that’s not yours or which someone else gives you.

So can I give the address yp and find out what’s going on.because there has got to be a way to unlock this from my account and give me access back what process is need to recover

@Zone There’s no need to send that, if you did not create the wallet yourself, then it means you shouldn’t use such wallet.
