Changing network fee on the Kava network

I can’t seem to transfer my Kava out of my trust wallet address. Whenever I attempt a transfer I get an error stating that I have insufficient funds. I’ve tried sending a smaller sum to account for the network fee. However, I always get the same “insufficient funds” error.
