Coin sent to an 3rd exchange wallet

Hi there, months ago i sent from TW some coins to the exchange in order to sell them but i’ve selected the wrong chain (bep20-bsc instead of ethereum).

I’ve reached the exchange support but the told me they cannot do nothing, only the owner of the chain could.

Can you please tell me if theres a possibility for the exchange to connect with metamask and send the coin back for example?
Or theres some other ways to recover the coins? Thank you

Hello @rikiiii85 If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

About Metamask, you can contact them for support.
