I sent kardiachain coin “KAI“ from Trust Wallet to Gate .io,
I sent from Trust Wallet using BEP20 and Gate .io is using “Kardiachain Network”. So not the same network .
I contacted both gate .io support and Kardiachain support, and they both stated that they can’t do anything.
Can you help me please get back my coins to Trust Wallet and cancel this transaction.

Please contact the customer support of Gate.io so they can assist you with the deposit issue.
If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost.
Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
