Coin transfer on trust wallet

I have problem recently, I want to transfer coin to other platform, every time I do this the process fild, so I try to transfer the coin to other wallet on trust wallet, same thing, moreover I have enough balance of BNB

I don’t know what the problem

There is no problem with the app here.
The token you’re trying to send is a locked token.

Can you show me the, to know when the token is unlocked, and thanks for your help, other things after the token is unlocked can I swap it or send it
