I tried sending Matic from my other wallet into trust wallet. The transaction cleared but is failing to show in my trust wallet.

I transfered some amount of trons from my roqqu wallet down to trust wallet on Friday 1st October and till date I haven’t received it on my trust wallet though transactions was been cleared and confirmed
Hello @richynolan it seems like your transaction didn’t reflected on blockchain. Can you confirm with Roqqu that your funds sent successfully?
I have transferred 01 SUSHI from trust Wallet to VNDC wallet. Trust wallet has reported successful transfer but I have not received it.

Your BEP20 Sushi is in your wallet.
Did you confirm from the VNDC team if they support BEP20 deposits?

@anhhung79 Please contact the customer support of VNDC so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
