Hi there, my safemoon tokens have been reduced. Now my BNB tokens are fully gone. What’s going on guys? Is there anyone who can help?!

…if there is no transactions at all into wallet and my tokens(coins) disappeared, what’s this?
The scamers can transfer the tokens without any transactions record into the Trust wallet?
It happened to me to but they didn’t take anything else and only left me with 3 coins. Can anyone help? Left emails to trust wallet and no one is getting back to me anymore

Hi All, I have the same problem. Balance on bnb gone. Safemoon and safe btc coins are much lower then what it was.
And trustwallet is not helping.

Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

Your device is corrupted with malware;

Someone had physical access to your device;

You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

You transacted with a malicious DApp.
Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
