Coins/Transaction shows on BscScan, but not my wallet

Hello,

I created NSI as a custom token in my wallet, then placed a trade for NSI on Pancake swap through my TrustWallet and it went through according to viewing the Transaction on BscScan and it took the money from my wallet, but it does not show in my wallet? Thank you greatly for helping me get these in. The address I gave you above for “crypto address” is that of the token, not my wallet.

Version: 2.12

Transaction ID: 0x9413f80e7aefb623d91da6211317866c0cc9acb8c95808d3c76cba9d01772411

Token address: 0x7efb55d9ac57b23cc6811c9068db3cf83cbdfe39
Token name: nSights Defi Trader (NSI Symbol)

Hello I uninstalled and reinstalled my trust wallet app. Once login with my recover phrase, all my balance in my wallet disappeared along with the transactions receipt. I have watched videos on YouTube but still nothing working.

Hello @Ziodi1 Please try to add it as custom token again. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token

Token details:-
Network: Smart Chain
Contract: 0x7efb55d9ac57b23cc6811c9068db3cf83cbdfe39
Decimals: 18

Thank you Alan47.

I did notice that i neglected to switch the network to Smart Chain. So, i added it as a custom token again on Smart Chain, but it did not show up. I could not delete the ERC20 version I have in my wallet, or could not figure out how to anyway. I deactivated that one.

Still did not show up in my wallet. Any other ideas? Thank you kindly.
