So I sent LTC using my Trust Wallet to a Philippine-based CEX called COINSPH and the transaction was confirmed by the LTC network. However, COINSPH blocked the incoming litecoin because apparently they flagged my wallet as a “sanctioned wallet.”
In order to get a refund I have to contact Trust Wallet and have them email COINSPH with the transaction date and hash, amount and origin address.
I’m in the process of waiting for Trust Wallet support to respond. I was curious if anyone encountered the same issue as well. If so how was it resolved for you guys?
