Cannot find my nft in collectibles ,if I go on open sea I can see I still own the nft ,I tried backing up account to refresh and it still won’t show up

Mine are missing also, happened today when I clicked the tab I saw them for a second then gone.

I cannot find my NFT. I had not checked my wallet in over a month and just saw it is not there. I see this is happening to several people. Please help

The user transferred NFT from Refinable to Trust Wallet but it is not appearing under “Collectibles” also it seems like submitting a ticket is not working, the Captcha verification fails always.
