@Razriz The best way to get support is to open a support ticket from your Trust wallet app.
Before opening a ticket, ensure you have tried troubleshooting the issue yourself first, you can use the chatbot in your settings for common troubleshooting
Settings → Support
Then if you still have the error, open a ticket

To reduce response times from customer support, please include the following info in the ticket:

App version, device model, wallet address, TX hash (if available), and the blockchain + assets you’re experiencing the issue with, and any relevant screenshots or videos to duplicate the error.

@Razriz You can still submit a ticket there by tapping the Submit a ticket button on the top right corner.

Hi Tobi

I am trying to submit a ticket both from app and online but it is requesting I log in? I never signed up to get a log in? I cannot swap anything in app, it comes up with error whenever I press swap.

Thanks

@Damo39 That may be just a bug, you should refresh the webpage and try again.

Any one has a solution to swap FTM BEP2 TO FTM ?
As you know bep2 is going to be down and assets are in risk.

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with the FTM-A64 token on the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) in Trust Wallet. The token seems to no longer be supported for migration or swapping to a newer network, such as BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Fantom Mainnet.

When I attempt to exchange the token directly within Trust Wallet, I encounter the error: “token FTM-A64 is not bound.” This makes the token inaccessible and unusable for further transactions or swaps.

I have already contacted Trust Wallet support, but I have yet to receive a response regarding this issue.

Has anyone successfully resolved this issue within Trust Wallet? If so, could you share the steps or solutions that worked for you?

I would really appreciate any advice or guidance. Thank you in advance!

@Iogam Please wait patiently for a response from the customer support team.

Hi,
I’m experiencing the same issue with the FTM-A64 token on the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) in Trust Wallet. Like you, I’ve encountered the “token FTM-A64 is not bound” error, which prevents me from migrating or swapping the token to another network like BEP20 or Fantom Mainnet.

I wanted to ask if you’ve received any updates or made any progress in resolving this issue since posting. If so, could you please share the steps or advice that worked for you?

Thank you for raising this concern, and I appreciate any insights you (or anyone else here) can provide!

@Morteza00000 Please create a support ticket at

You can request to speak with support from the chatbot.

The chat bot does not seem to work. It goes in loops and loops without a clear way to speak with support.

@SERRI You can simply ask the bot you wish to speak with the customer support team.

Hi @Tobi, the reply I got from Trust wallet support says

" BNB Chain announced the migration in August, providing over four months to complete it.

Based on the information on the website:
Note: BEP2/BEP8 assets that do not support cross-chain functionality will be permanently lost after BC Fusion. Users will be unable to recover these assets if FTM tokens do not have a BNB Smart Chain contract.

For further assistance, please contact them on their website: fantom.foundation/

If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to BNB Chain for further support.

Best regards,"

Is there anything else you know of that can be done?

@Morteza00000 did you have any luck?

@nickmossnz The customer support are in the best position to help you and they have provided a response which means you need to contact the Fantom team to help you further.

ftm-a64 cant recovery
plz help pme

bro you can fix that ?
plz help me if you can recovery that
I have same problem
thx

I have searched and searched and still have yet to find a way. TW customer support essentially said I am out of luck and to talk with Fantom. Fantom said to talk with TW. Back and forth. At this point, barring some miracle, I am likely to lose significant significant value at a difficult time in my life. Not being dramatic, just reality. I wish there was another way, but it really is my own fault. I should have paid more attention to things. I had a “set it and forget it mentality” because I was away for a long time. Coming back and having this outcome is really bad, but I am trying to just mentally move on and look for the next opportunities. I’m sorry @elwellasilas, we are in the same boat.

you can finally fix this error ?
i have this problem too
thank you for answer

No, I couldn’t solve the problem. Like @SERRI, I also searched for a possible solution for a long time. I contacted Binance, TWT, and Fantom support, but no one could help me. This loss will serve as a lesson to avoid making similar mistakes in the future and to keep better track of my assets.
