I sent Dai Bep20 to dai erc address , is there a possibility to reverse this transaction ?

Do you own the recovery phrase or private key to the DAI ERC20 address? Or you sent it to an exchange or custodial wallets?

Hi , destination address was exchange app , I’m waiting patiently to get respond from them
So this is only option to reverse this transaction ?

You need to coordinate with the customer support of the exchange app that you have mentioned. Trust Wallet does not have the ability to reverse nor cancel confirmed transactions in the blockchain.
