Deleted my wallet, IDK how to import it

Approximately ten days ago, I received a transfer of $100.00 in Bitcoin, but I’m not entirely familiar with the process. When I noticed the funds were not visible in my account, I contacted customer support. They confirmed that the funds are present, but they recommended that I delete my wallet and re-import it to resolve the issue.

However, I have observed some discrepancies between the step-by-step instructions I received and the information available on the help page. Additionally, I would like clarification on whether the 12-word passphrase refers to the one displayed on my screen. @LittleLove Your passphrase is still same as your 12 words phrase and you use that to import your wallet.
