Please be informed that there is no need to have a memo when receiving cryptos to your address from the Trust Wallet app. You will still receive it even if you entered a random memo.
In your case, you are currently using mobile data. Please try to use WiFi with a strong internet connection. If it still won’t work, use VPN as well then refresh the balance.
