Did not receive ETH from a friend

Good morning Sir/Ma. I want to lay a complaint on my Trust wallet. A friend of mine has sent ETH for me, but I haven’t received it. Since over 15hours. And he resent it again to this wallet ID yet I’m yet to receive it. Pls what’s happening?
