Did not receive transfer of BSC to BNB

Hi there, i was hoping you can help me. I transferred my BSC to BNB about an hour ago, status was success, transaction fee charged. However there was no BNB received. Can you kindly assist me, i really need that cash.

I used bnb wallet to received my Cpen token and it was transfer by another address that I don’t know about please help me
