Did not ricieve ETH

Hello,

I need help, because I think I made a mistake, as I went to read several information about transactions on TrustWallet before making my crypto transfer!

Date of the transaction: 15.09.21 at 19:30

1 - I converted BNB to ETH (Binance-Peg Ethereum) on my TrustWallet.
2 - I transferred my ETH from TrustWallet to CoinBase Wallet.
3 - Transaction confirmed
4 - I confirm in BscScan, the addresses are OK
5 - I DON’T HAVE MY ETH ON MY COINBASE WALLET

Could you tell me if this is normal, if there is an error on my part and how to correct it?

It seems you have sent BEP20 ETH to Coinbase that doesn’t support BEP20 deposits.
Please contact the customer support of Coinbase so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
