Didn't receive my BTC by using Moonpay

Hi, please help and let me how to solve my issue! I didn’t receive my BTC that I ordered in BitMart 2 days ago by using Moonpay.

I’ve doubled check all info and address are correct. On my Moonpay transaction page, it showed “transaction is complete” and “crypto delivered”, but there is nothing shown on the “blockchain explorer” page and no coin received in my Trust Wallet. Please help!

I’m having the same issue but I used litecoin it’s been almost 48 hours

Update - After 2 days and 6 hours, I just received my BTC! Maybe someone saw my request here and fixed it for me? Thank you!!

Same happened to me to day I haven’t received my BTC till now and it show it has been successful and my bank account has been debited

@Horpe12 Please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, then attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, copy and paste it here in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
