I transferred 16 near coin from the exchange to the Trust wallet. The deposit was made and the transaction was successful, but the currency balance is shown as zero.

This may be a network issue, did you try importing your wallet to another device ?
Do you mean to run this wallet with another device ??no.
I have the same problem , imported wallet to my new iphone and the transaction shows it was made successfully but no coins there
I tried deleting and importing again , checked network connection, refreshing several times but still it shows that i received the tokens but balance is still zero
