I’m new to the chat and only recently created a trust wallet. No problem at first and loaded Ethereum onto it. Now I’ve bought Pepe Unchained in the presale via the pepeunchained.com website. Connecting with Trust Wallet was also no problem. These transactions are also documented in the history as smart contract calls. After the presale ended, I tried to get the tokens. Only then did I realize that the $PEPU was not listed on Trust Wallet. So I imported the token via the Ethereum network and since then the PEPU has also been displayed with the current price, but with a 0 balance. Unfortunately, I have not yet managed to display the purchased PEPUs. I was also unable to request the PEPUs via the PEPU WEB page. I have also deleted the Chrome cache. The connection with Trust Wallet worked, but PEPU remains at 0 display. Am I making a mistake here? If further data is required, I will be happy to provide it. Can anyone help me here? I would be very grateful.
@Oldwilli_57 You could check an confirm if you added that token with the correct contract address.
I’d suggest going on the blockchain explorer to find the right contract address or maybe coinmarketcap.
Thanks Tobi for the quick reply, I have checked the contract address at Coinmarketcap. This matches the address in the smart contract and the added token address. Pepe Unchained 0xadd39272E83895E7d3f244f696B7a25635F34234. Only the E and B are lower case in the smart contract. Does Transactions Hash or another encoding perhaps help?
@Oldwilli_57 I’d say you should try to add the token manually again and only input the contract address and selecting the correct chain without changing anything else.

here are a few more details of one of the 2 transactions. Yes, I can now also see that the tokens were sent to a different address. The recipient address from the 2nd smart contract is identical. Could this be related to the pre-sale? The Pepu should only become active on Wallet after the presale.

@Oldwilli_57 If it is a pre sale, you need to ask that tokens support team if the tokens have been allocated already because if they haven’t, then you’d definitely not have it yet.
