No, Actually Altcoins are backing up the total value of Bitcoin, ETH and other cryptos as they are traded for eachother and commodities.

It is an ecosystem now, I see altcoins complimenting the whole crypto space. Bitcoin will always be King in my opinion, but do look at the alts too, some have great potential !
