Hi Ala. - i have exactly the same problem like person above . All screen Shots attached
Please note that somehow on my Trust Wallet account there is 0 dego deposited over a year ago which is practically impossible. My Trust Wallet has total error with dego FINANCE token (all other tokens and coins are alright and i could transfer them 2 days ago to Binance). Please do something with my missing 490 dego tokens.

I have already sent e-mail to tw support but No answer.

Hello @Przmeek5a To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

There is No hash - thats the problem - while doing transfer from tw to Binance dego FINANCE tokens were sent without hash and disappeared from my Wallet. So im asking what the hell happened with them?
