Error Message when transferring to Kraken exchange address

Struggling transferring FIL to Kraken exchange FIL address through iOS app. Pending for a few mins followed by error. I have deleted and restored the wallet, and similar result.
Please help.

  2. FIL address
  3. Transaction hash or link (please copy and paste, and attach a screenshot as well)
  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors)
  5. Video recording of the issue (optional, but that would be very helpful in troubleshooting)

I see. How about re-installing (uninstall the install) the app? If you haven’t tried it yet, please do so. Make sure you have a backup of your recovery phrase so you can import and access your wallet again.

Will give it a whirl and experiment with sending / receiving again.
