Hello @chinaRedfish,

We are sorry to hear you having this issue, however it seems the Huobi Token you have is fake.
See the original contract address of Huobi here: https://etherscan.io/token/0x6f259637dcd74c767781e37bc6133cd6a68aa161

Also the ETH sent was also to a fake contract address and transaction failed multiple times. See the transaction details here https://etherscan.io/tx/0xcface1823eb46625999dd2a4f1476cb950cfc81c9c4b28e035e239a46b317bdd

You may have lost your ETH also since you sent it to a contract address directly.

Funds sent to contract address are not retrievable unless the contract owner is willing to refund it.

Not reversible so take care while transferring cryptocurrency. .

I transferred real currency, and transferred fake currency from the contract. Is such a transaction allowed in the blockchain?

Yes, I have lost a lot of money now, I hope I can solve it with help :sob:

In Blockchain yes it’s possible, anyone can create a contract claiming to be legit. Hence the reason for the word DYOR (Do Your Own Research) to be sure you are interacting with a legitimate contract.

Think of it as Fiat money, there’s the one govt creates (original) and then there’s fake also.

You need to know which is which, hence DYOR.

Try to be careful next times friend. This thread will now be closed.
If you still have more questions please create a new thread.

我2021/2/2被pian了,跟你的情况一样,昨天交由JC处理了,不知道能否找回,是不是明确了接收地址的对方是谁,就能找回?

I just transferred USDT to my wallet, this failed and then the tokens were automatically sent to a different wallet. Is the send function of Trust wallet broken? I accidentally sent some USDT to this address a few days ago so I took a lot of care to make sure the address was correct. Is this a scam!?

@TragicCurse Please provide a transaction hash

I have a similar case, I bought 900+450 USDT via Mercuryio and then the funds were send to TRUST and from there to an unknown address without my consent. I only bought the USDT via Debitcard, the transaction completed and then they vanished to an unknown address. Where is this money? What can I do in order to retrieve the funds? What is this address? How can I get in contact with the owner?

Transaction hash:

Any help is highly appreciated,

Chris

@derFrede Your tokens were sent to this address:

Do you recognize the address.

Hey Tobi,

no, I am not sure about this address, but I will check.

What about this address:
0x04128FFFc562FE92612e621369CC53C2c9AEe50A

But my biggest question is, how can it happen that I buy USDT on Trust via Debit Card on Mercuryio and almost the funds were send to an unknown address without my consent (no fill outs, no buttons, no address).

What is your best advice Tobi, what would you do?

thanks in advance,

Christian

@derFrede Can you provide your receiving address ?

sure Tobi, here is the address:
0x484600D1ab744bDDa9C17C1Fe5Cf18961 BE11d63

@derFrede This has happened for the past three transactions you did,

Did you notice your tokens were sent out the first time after you purchased the USDT?

Your wallet is compromised unfortunately and I would advise you create a new wallet immediately and stop using the compromised wallet.

Thanks so much, Tobi, what exactly do I have to do now. Of course to stop sending tokens to this address. I am confused and don’t know exactly what to do, sorry and thank you.

@derFrede You need to stop using that wallet and create a new one to avoid you further losing your assets.
Also please ensure to observe good security practices going forward.

what are the chances to retrieve my lost funds and what else do I have to do?
And how can the other wallet be compromised when I have to confirm every single step with a fingerscan?

@derFrede There’s most likely no way to recover your stolen funds.
Also there could be several reasons on how your wallet was compromised

thank you so much Tobi, what I don’t get is, how can someone have access to my funds when I have to confirm every little step with my fingerprint on my smartphone?
