I’m having the same issue.
I’m sure it’s an oversight on my part that the community can help with.
I transferred ETH and THETA from Binance from to Trust wallet. Both are showing as successful in Binance to the correct address but neither have arrived in my wallet.
Both withdrawals used BEP20
TW Version: 5.16 (5166)
ETH - I’ve checked ETHscan and it’s showing no matching entries.

Hi @Rinsefm,
What you have withdrawn from Binance is a Binance-Peg Ethereum Token (BEP20), not the native ETH. That’s why it won’t show up on etherscan.

To access it, tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for Ethereum, and enable the one with BEP20. You can also follow this guide: How to Add or Remove a Coin
For THETA, you already have it in your wallet: Theta Explorer.
It does not show up correctly on the Trust Wallet app right now. Please read my response here: I have transfered THETA from binance to trustwallet but coins not appear - #17 by iamdeadlyz
