However blockchain.com displays that this transaction has not even begun yet! Please locate my transfer and push it though or refund the eth back to my account immediately!

Hi @Jayhwi you transferred ETH BEP20 to that address not native ETH (ERC20).
On destination wallet (if it is Trust wallet), tap on top right corner and search ETH then switch on ETH BEP20 manually. This guide can help too: How to Add or Remove a Coin
Hi Alan, is this something i can do as a sender or only the receiver can do this? And I dont believe the receiver uses trust wallet so in that case how can i recover the eth?

Also if i understand you correctly eth bep20 was sent and this was the incorrect form of eth? However blockchain dot com shows that nothing has gone out, no transaction has been initiated! What can i do to get bep20 back into my account? Please help, thank you
@Jayhwi there is no way to reverse confirmed blockchain transactions. All you need to do is to talk with the receiver.
