Ethereum did not arrive in trust wallet

Hi there
On the 21st JAN I sent ETH from my binance account to my trust wallet… I received confirmation from Binance re the withdrawal. But it has not arrived into my trust wallet… I have submitted a ticket but not had a solution as yet, please advise a way forward.

The Same thing happened to me. I Have sent it via BP20 protocol? Did you send it too same protocol?

is so go to manage section and activate the ETH BP20 and BP2 options

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. ETH address (open the app, select Ethereum, press “Receive”, and take a screenshot)
  3. Transaction hash or link provided by Binance
