Can I suggest for the trust wallet to use the OMG Network as per Vitalik’s recommendation? It’s a neutral layer 2 that’s not owned by any exchange and it doesn’t own an exchange either. It can scale to millions of TPS and is production ready now. Tether has already put USD 3 million onto the OMG Network. Thank you for reading

It’s due to congestion and alot of defi projects with huge trading volume and slower ether bandwidth.

Yes, high fee back me off from using ETH swaps. ETH is not for the future.

One of the future blockchains is Solana. it’s an alternative blockchain that will soon replace Ethereum.
I know this thread is old, but I have a serious question. I want to start staking the ETH that I have… But the fee is about 27 dollars? Why is the fee to stake so high, when a normal tx fee is around .75 cents?
Today i sent to my bybit account usdt from trust wallet and this was my first usage of this app, i didn’t know that you have to load gas to this transaction, so i clicked confirm, now i have 45 million block chain waiting to be encripted, right now it has been encripted 8000 of it in 4 hours. There is no way to put in more gas because trust wallet have no option to do so after the transfer has started. I think this amount will be completed is 1 or 2 weeks , if it’s not cancelled by itself.
The chat bot of trust wallet said, if this transaction takes too long it will be turned into pending state and after that moment i could cancell the transaction. As you can understand there is a very big miss judgement of the creators of this app that they didn’t think to put a warning “With the gas amount you have chosen will make this transaction completed in xxxx hours” in my case probably 2-3 weeks.
@Arexac Sending out from Trust wallet isn’t as complicated as what you’ve described.
Of course you need a gas fee for every transaction but it’s always advisable to not adjust the gas fee recommended by the app as it could lead to your transaction being delayed by the blockchain.
i undertand but at least the should allow me to fill up the gas after it started transfer, so i wouldn’t have to wait to fall in pending state after 3 days or more. Right now i can do nothing but wait it to fall in to pending state and the customer live support is good to no use, the live chat bot have no clue what the problem i’m having and shooting random solutions to the screen which makes me more stressed.
@Arexac If the transaction hasn’t been broadcasted to the blockchain, then a reimport of your wallet would resolve that.
it says status successfull, isn’t that mean i cannot stop it? i mean it means it’s broadcasted right?
