Etherium gas fee so annoying

Can I suggest for the trust wallet to use the OMG Network as per Vitalik’s recommendation? It’s a neutral layer 2 that’s not owned by any exchange and it doesn’t own an exchange either. It can scale to millions of TPS and is production ready now. Tether has already put USD 3 million onto the OMG Network. Thank you for reading .

It’s due to congestion and alot of defi projects with huge trading volume and slower ether bandwidth.

Yes, high fee back me off from using ETH swaps. ETH is not for the future.

I know this thread is old, but I have a serious question. I want to start staking the ETH that I have… But the fee is about 27 dollars? Why is the fee to stake so high, when a normal tx fee is around .75 cents?
