It can either be locked or frozen.

I don’t understand why dev can pull back & lock tokens according to their wishes from a personal wallet…
that rule is not in accordance with crypto / blockchain…
dev can lock several personal wallets, a reason for fraud

Dev can freely lock & retract tokens that are in private purses, that’s not crypto …
such a system is very dangerous for investment…
