I did this transaction (https://etherscan.io/tx/0x7e7a016788d2b5f6178bcaf4142ee260d9c7f1c3fad7bb53656d72188e4e3df0)
to convert weth to eth and it just took fees without any value!! i paid $100 today in fees and yet didn’t get what i really want… Please advise how that happened.

Hello @Mazenx When swapping tokens for the first time, you have to approve it first to be spendable. And, that is what you did just now.
Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange then press the swap button.
All in all, you will confirm two transactions: approve and swap
NB: Both token approval and swapping transactions needs gas fees.
