سلام خسته نباشید من تعدادی دوج کوین داشتم یهویی از کیف پولم صفر شدن تراست والت و پاک کردم دوباره نصب کردم ولی بازم نیومد باید چیکار کنم

Unfortunately, no one can assist you with that. You are responsible for making sure that you created a backup and stored it in a safe place. Also, the Trust Wallet team does not keep a log of your recovery phrases for your security.

Let’s double-check. Please send the following the dgub of Dogecoin:

  • Open the app
  • Go to the settings
  • Select “Wallets”
  • Press the 3 dots or “i” icon near the wallet that you are using
  • Export the public key (NOT THE PRIVATE KEY NOR THE RECOVERY PHRASE)
  • Copy the dgub of Dogecoin
  • Then send it here

دیگه واقعا هیچ آدرسی ندارم از کیف پولم به نظرم اینکه هیچ راه دیگه ای وجود نداره ی نقطه ضعف برای کیف پول تراست والت چون امکان فراموشی و گم کردن رمز کیف پول وجود دارد اصن شاید کسی مبتدی باشد باید راهی میذاشتین برای همچین روزی نه اینکه بگویید دیگر راهی وجود ندارد

دیگه واقعاً هیچ عاملی ندارم از کیف پولم به نظرم هیچ راه دیگه ای وجود نداره یا نقطه ضعف برای کیف پول تراست والت چون امکان داره فراموشی و گم کردن رمز پول پول وجود داشته باشه ممکنه کسی مبتلا باشه برای همین هم میذاشتین برای روزی نه اینکه بگویید راهی دیگر وجود ندارد

It would be impossible for the app to generate new addresses if you did import the “correct” recovery phrase. That being said, the only way to access your wallet is to find and use the recovery phrase for it.

The only solution is to import the correct recovery phrase. If it’s lost, then it is not possible to access that wallet anymore (as stated earlier).
