I also have same problem, i bought floki inu but it doesn’t appear on my account. I tried to buy again but still it doesn’t show on my account and it says transaction was successful and money was being deducted from my wallet

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hey Alan47,
I’m very soory i found my issue - Floki is listed as a ERC20 and BEP20 coin I ordered the Etherium coin (ERC20) but enabled BEP20 in the app. I enabled ERC20 now and it show’s my coins.
