For what reasons did you close my topic?

Continuing the discussion from Support team not responding to my emails:

Can you please let me know why you closed my topic immediately? not the best attitude towards the user

I’m waiting for a response from the Support Team since 01.11.2024. More than 2 months. Is it not enough?
Can you please tell me how much longer I have to wait?

@Sergmol1 There are impersonators on the forum hence the need to close the chat to prevent spam messages.
If your support ticket is still active, you can respond to the mail from the customer support and wait for a response.
