I need help with returning the freecoin token I transferred from trust wallet to gate.io. gate.io claims they only support erc20 tokens for freecoin while the wallet address I sent from on trust wallet is bep20. BSCSCAN shows the transaction was completed but it doesn’t reflect in my gate.io wallet

Please contact the customer support of gate.io so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
