From CoinEx to Trust Wallet

Hello,
I transferred my Bitgert tokens from CoinEx to Trust Wallet, but the tokens have not arrived. My Transaction Hash is “0x6c710d6446dd2cc40b1c3f5566c5885cc7e69c7e09decd3f27d78d3be0f0ba84” and you can see the result at “https://brisescan.com/tx/0x6c710d6446dd2cc40b1c3f5566c5885cc7e69c7e09decd3f27d78d3be0f0ba84”.
What is the problem?

Can you provide your receiving address and what network you sent on?

Thank you so much for your reply.
The CoinEx using the Bitgert network and my Trust Wallet doesn’t support it. My Trust Wallet version is 5.9 and no update available for my device. I use Android 7.1.1. I must migrate to the other wallets.

@hack3rcon You need to import your recovery keys to a wallet that supports that network to access your funds.
Please do your research on which wallet supports that network.
