3 days ago I swapped my bnb to smartchain… it tels me to wait a few minutes but now 3 days later stil nothing … how to solve this ? Amount was about 0.1159 bnb … not so much but i want to have it back …
I purchased BNB smart chain directly through trust wallet using simplex and my bank account was charged for the transaction but there are no bnb smart chain in my wallet 16 hours later. I have updated my trust wallet from 1.28.1 to 1.28.2 and still no bnb smart chain. I received no confirmation email from simplex or trust wallet. no transaction id anywhere. Please help with this situation.
