Funds haven't been transferred over to binance

I transferred BNB from trustwallet to binance and the funds haven’t appeared in binance. I’ve waited over 2 weeks just to make sure it wasn’t pending but the transaction says successful when I look at the history through trustwallet.

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste )

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors, if any)

I am withdrawing my bnb (bep2) coins from Trust Wallet to Probit Global then after the transaction I look at my Probit Wallet, there was nothing in it.

so, I came back to the transaction page then I jist realized there was a memo needed to be placed.

if you look at it there is none inputted in the memo region.

I was hoping if someone can help me with it. I really need the money back.

Please contact the customer support of probit so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
