Hello. I was sending ONE from crypto com to trust wallet and transaction was ok from crypto com, they also give transaction ID, but coins never appeared on trust. I found that the address for ONE and ETH is the same. How is that possible? And now my coins is gone. Is there any chance to bring it back?

Look at the network you sent from. The harmony network begins with “one”
you sent in the network bep20 or erc, that’s why it doesn’t arrive !!!
