Haven't received bnb from trust wallet to crypto.com

I sent some bnb from my trust wallet to crypto.com
I even typed the memo. Transaction was successful but thr funds are not showing on my bnb account on crypto.com account.

Crypto.com had announced that they were having delays with binance, but funds showed up the next day. Thanks.
