I sent a bep20 katana Inu token to erc20 in hotbit wallet. and it says successful but I can’t find it.
How can I get it back.
Please help me recover it.

And has left my wallet

Please contact the customer support of Hotbit exchange so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
