One of my business client sent me 0.01 Bitcoin with cash app seens 22 January 2024 but I have not yet seen it he sent me all the proves that he can but still yet I haven’t seen it on my trust wallet and he is really angry please resolve this because it has caused the two of us to be having trust issues I hope you understand what it means please I don’t want to lose my business partners help me

@Emperoo2 please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, then attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, copy and paste it here in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

@Emperoo2 This is your transaction history below, there are no recent transactions so either it’s still pending or you weren’t sent anything.
Either way it’s not really a Trust wallet issue.

He is sure he sent and it is completed but has not reflect on my trust wallet and please if it is still pending how long will it take because right now he is having trust issues with me because he thinks that I received it.

@Micang032 Your tokens are in your wallet, please try switching your internet or restart your device, reimport wallet and check again.

@Jowona44 Trust wallet by default doesn’t use the legacy address for LTC so you’ll need to import to another wallet which supports Legacy address for LTC and access it there.
