Ok, where did you get that DGD address? Do you have access to that DGB wallet?
Yes i do it is another wallet of mine
So you can go to BIP39 - Mnemonic Code
enter your passprase for dgb (better do it in offline mode)
Find this DGB address in list and copy private key for it
Find a doge wallet that supports private key import and import it

You need to get your ETC Private Key and then import it as an ETH wallet.
You have the wrong Private Key.
