HELP! TRX shows sent... WASN'T ME $33K GONE!

I’ve had TRX in my Trust wallet since I believe it was 2018. My total TRX after staking since beginning has grown to over 106,000. I haven’t logged in for over a month because I was just letting it grow and didn’t want to see and last night when I logged in, I noticed 6 “send” dating back to October 17th with the last and biggest 4 days ago - 103.044.6682 TRX was sent to 4 different addresses - NOT BY ME! How is this possible. My 12 word phrase has been in my safe since the beginning. PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO???

@mobrien Unfortunately it seems your wallet is compromised from what you described, here are possible reasons:

Please create a new wallet and stop using the compromised wallet.

Tobi - Thanks for quick reply. TRX is the only thing I had in this wallet. I moved it from Binance to Trust. There is literally nothing left to be taken! Is my money gone/lost forever? Is there not a way to trace/track the wallet funds were sent to? How is this possible? Is there a Trust wallet corporate office or some other phone support I can call? I’m thinking about calling my local police department a file some sort of report… I’m clueless to what can be done to get my money back? Please tell me that it’s not gone forever…

@mobrien I’m sorry but there is no way for Trust wallet to return, refund or cancel confirmed transactions on the blockchain.
Also be careful as Trust wallet doesn’t have a phone support or a recovery team, those are scams.

Ok sorry last question… see that’s the thing I didn’t respond to any emails, text, phone calls… I know and understand the fraud… this is what has me so confused - how is it possible if I haven’t done anything? Someone has to own/run/control the wallet it didn’t just appear… Thanks for your time.

@mobrien It’s likely your device is compromised or where you have stored your recovery words was compromised.

Thats the thing - I didn’t send it anywhere? I’m the only person with access to my account. I see the address it was sent to in tronscan…

Tobli, I know nothing about script… Is there some place that I can read instructions? The only thing I did maybe once a month was within the Trust Wallet and specially within TRX… I would claim my rewards from staking then re=stake MAX. I’ve been doing this for years! I remember in either Sept or Oct trying to un-stake and kept getting a “contract error” that would allow me to un=stake. I figured since I just re-staked Max that the clock started over again meaning x number of days it had to be staked in order to un-stake. It was this reason that I opened Trust to go see if the time had elapsed whereas I could now unstake which is when I realized I lost everything! Is it possible each time I tried to unstake and failed that something happened? I have a screenshot from TRONSCAN that shows my account address and the address it was sent to along with results showing succesful, status showing successful, block #, confirmed SRs… Since I was never successfully able to unstake - how did someone send? I looked I see nothing showing unstaking being successfull. I’m sick to my stomach…

@mobrien Please be careful, that was an impersonator requesting you send a dm. I will never ask to chat privately.
Can you send your receiving address to check ?

hello; i am new here and i have the same problem as my usdt in my wallet was transferred 2 days ago. upon tracking from history, the transfer was done to a bybit wallet. whos bybit wallet is that i have no idea at all. to whom do you think should i report for a probable return of what was taken from my wallet? i know its a long shot but worth a try if someone could give me a direction to go to

@Feds You could try to reach out to the Bybit support team but there are no guarantees.

Tobi i just send a message for my problem and recieved an email with your name and same picture requsting for my wallet details including my 12 seed password phase. Kindly look into this.

@Bakshish81 That’s a scam, only official email is [email protected] and we’d never request for your recovery words.
