sorry to hear that, but you can’t recover your wallet without your recovery phrases
Your apps is running in your mobile or not?
You did not have right down the phrase somewhere, in a paper, in a book, under the tile of the floor… anywhere?

Sorry to hear about that. As a responsible user, you were informed to backup your recovery phrase in the first place. You also need to manually tick the checkbox which indicates that: “I understand that if I lose my recovery words, I will not be able to access my wallet.”
