I had a couple of payments denied (Moon pay and Simplex). Both Moon and Simplex sent emails saying my payment will be credited by my bank within 10-days. I don’t see the money in my bank account. I need a transaction history to compare to my bank statement to see what I am owed.

MoonPay and Simplex should have your transaction history as they are a third-party crypto provider. Please check your email inbox as well.
